หลักสูตรนี้เปิดเรียน 2 รอบต่อปี คือ September (ทั้ง 2 pathway) และ January (สำหรับ pathway แรก) โดยระยะเวลาของหลักสูตรแบ่งเป็น 3 เทอม (เทอมละ 3 เดือน) |
Core Modules ที่น้องๆจะต้องเรียนในหลักสูตร คือ English for Academic Purpose ซึ่งจะช่วยสร้างเทคนิคในการใช้ภาษาอังกฤษ เช่น การฟัง lecture การจดโน้ต การเตรียมและนำเสนอ presentation การ paraphrasing เป็นต้น และ Study Skills ช่วยเตรียมตัวการทำงานกลุ่ม การเตรียมการเขียน essay และการนำเสนอ idea เป็นต้น นอกจากนี้ยังเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับ ICT เช่น การค้นคว้าในฐานข้อมูลห้องสมุดมหาลัย และยังต้องเรียนวิชาที่เกี่ยวข้องในสาขาวิชานั้นเช่น Business and Management, Economics, Mathematics, Politics and Society สำหรับน้องที่สนใจสาขาวิชาในคณะ Humanities
เกณฑ์ในการรับเข้าเรียนจากผลระดับภาษาอังกฤษ
- โปรแกรมเริ่มเรียน September: IELTS 5.0(writing ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5.0)
- โปรแกรมเริ่มเรียน January: IELTS 5.5 (writing ไม่ต่ำกว่า 5.5)
นอกจากนี้ยังพิจารณาจากผลการเรียนในระดับมัธยมปลาย หรือ High school
• Art and Design Foundation
สำหรับน้องๆที่สนใจในด้านศิลปะและดีไซน์ เตรียมความพร้อมลงมือฝึกฝนในทักษะต่างๆ เช่น วาด ลงสี การปริ้นท์ และงานออกแบบกราฟฟิค 3D เป็นต้น ในระหว่างคอร์สที่เรียน ยังมีกิจกรรมสำหรับนักเรียนในการเยี่ยมชมนิทรรศการศิลปะและหอศิลป์อีกด้วย ระยะเวลาเรียนนาน 36 สัปดาห์แบ่ง 3 เทอม โดยเริ่มเปิดเรียนเดือนกันยายน
เกณฑ์ในการพิจารณา
จาก Portfolio และ ระดับภาษาอังกฤษ IELTS 5.0 หรือเทียบเท่า และค่าเรียน 9000 ปอนด์
• NCUK Graduate Diploma and Pre-Masters Programme
สำหรับน้องๆที่เรียนผ่าน NCUK Graduate Diploma จะได้รับการันตีเข้ามหาวิทยาลัยที่มีอยู่ในการติดต่อมากกว่า 10 แห่ง เช่น University of Leeds, University of Manchester, University of Salford นอกจากนี้ยังช่วยน้องๆที่สนใจเรียนในต่างสาขาที่จบมา เช่น น้องๆจบปริญญาตรีในด้านวิทยาศาสตร์หรือวิศวกรรมศาสตร์และสนใจต่อโทด้านบริหารธุรกิจ โดยสามารถเรียน programme นี้เพื่อต่อเข้าระดับปริญญาโทเมื่อผ่านหลักสูตร คอร์สนี้ใช้ระยะเวลา 9 เดือน แบ่งเป็น 3 เทอม เทอมละ 3 เดือน เปิด 3 รอบต่อปี คือ September, January และ April โดยจำนวนเทอมที่เรียนขึ้นอยู่กับความพร้อมภาษาอังกฤษ คอร์สนี้จะเตรียมความพร้อมเกี่ยวกับ English for Academic Purpose (EAP) รวมทั้ง ทักษะอื่นๆที่เอื้อต่อการเรียนอย่างด้าน IT เช่น การใช้อินเทอร์เน็ตเพื่อการจัดการธุรกิจ ทักษะการค้นข้อมูล บทความ และจากห้องสมุด เป็นต้น ที่สำคัญน้องๆยังได้ฝึกการเขียน coursework วิธีการวิจัย และการเขียน Dissertation ที่จำเป็นอย่างยิ่งในช่วงเรียนโทอีกด้วย
